Market returns monitoring / analysis / communication Co-ordinate for Defect group CFTs & Project management of Quality Improvements Product & Process Audits and PDCAs Digitization of Quality processes for efficiency and effectiveness Monthly consolidation and review with stakeholders Monitor COQ & Initiatives for Improvements Communication of Kaizens with Service & Sales team Design validation & Reliability Testing for New products Training & development of Team members Reduction in Market returns & Improving market perception on Product Quality Threshold management, stock correction & correction actions through 8D approach Monitoring & Improving NPS score for Product Quality through Action plans Monitoring & Implementation of Product Quality Improvement projects Monitor & reduce COQ in terms of cost per watch Participate in Continuous Improvements Kaizen, Lean, TQM etc Active participate in ISCM driven initiatives like 5S / Safety / Digitization etc., Work Experience
Engineer Graduate in Mechanical Engineering Experience in Quality Domain / Quality engineering
Flexible for travel for work requirements. Good in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills / Six sigma black belt Certified auditor for ISO 9001 Good in System & Process Orientation
