Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive agency development and growth.
• Oversee territory sales management, ensuring optimal coverage and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience:

  2 to 4 years of experience in branch sales, preferably in the life insurance industry.

• Skills:

  Strong expertise in branch sales, territory sales management, agency sales, and agency development.

• Education:

  A bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team.

• Leadership:

  Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving sales goals.

• Location:

  Willingness to work in Noida, Meerut, Delhi, or Dehradun.
