(www.securefencingmachine.com) Who we are looking for - Regional Field Sales Manager *Minimum 15-18 days of touring - Rest of the days you can work from home.* Key Responsibilities: Market Penetration: Proactively generate new leads and identify potential clients through extensive market research and networking in your assigned region. Client Engagement: Nurture leads provided by the company, ensuring a high conversion rate through effective communication and follow-ups. Field Visits: Travel to different cities within your designated state to meet potential clients, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system. What We Are Looking For: Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably in the industrial machinery, manufacturing, or a related sector. Language Proficiency: Compulsory knowledge of Hindi or English, along with fluency in the regional language of your state (e.g., Telugu for Andhra/Telangana, Kannada for Karnataka, Marathi for Maharashtra, or Gujarati for Gujarat). Personality: A confident, proactive, and presentable personality with strong negotiation and communication skills. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently from home, manage your time effectively, and achieve targets with minimal supervision. Willingness to Travel: Comfortable with frequent touring within your assigned state and nearby areas.
