We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring for critical roles across our quant and risk roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring for niche skill sets such as credit risk validation, risk modelling, and data science, along with strong experience in technology hiring (Java, React, Scrum Masters). This role will require close collaboration with business leaders and HR partners to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Hiring Ownership:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned functions, with a focus on quantitative (risk, modelling) and technology hiring.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and market mapping.
• Quantitative Hiring Expertise:
• Drive hiring for roles in credit risk validation, risk modelling, quants, and analytics.
• Understand functional nuances and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assessments, and interview processes.
• Technology Hiring:
• Lead hiring efforts for Java developers, React engineers, Scrum Masters, DevOps, and full-stack roles.
• Stay updated on evolving tech stacks and source talent accordingly.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand talent needs and deliver timely closures.
• Act as a recruitment advisor to business teams by sharing hiring insights, challenges, and market trends.
• Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Represent the CRISIL brand effectively in all candidate interactions.
• Process & Systems Management:
• Utilize ATS and sourcing tools effectively to manage workflows, candidate data, and reporting.
• Maintain recruitment SLAs, ensuring quality, speed, and compliance in all hiring actions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
• Use market intelligence and data to guide sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 11+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong exposure to quant hiring and technology recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience in hiring for risk modelling, credit risk validation, and quantitative research roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple parallel hiring mandates
