Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - Credit (Infra) in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Understand financial statements and perform financial analysis of corporates and mid-corporates.

Prepare credit appraisal notes in a concise manner, highlighting key aspects of transactions.

Develop financial models using MS-Excel for business plan preparation and financial projections.

Provide domain expertise in sectors under coverage, including banking and lending.

Conduct research-oriented work with attention to detail and identify key drivers, risks, and issues in transactions.

Draft term sheets and lead discussions with clients and stakeholders to understand key aspects and risks of transactions.

Job

Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis of corporates and mid-corporates.

Proficient writing skills for preparing credit appraisal notes concisely.

Experience with financial modeling skills using MS-Excel for business plan and financial projections.

Domain expertise in sectors under coverage, including banking and lending.

Research-oriented approach with attention to detail.

Ability to present transactions internally to senior management, highlighting strengths, risks, and mitigants.
