Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Corporate Strategy Professional with 2–6 years of experience in front-end consulting or strategic roles. The ideal candidate should come with strong exposure to high-impact problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and senior stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with the AVP – Corporate Strategy and the founding team to support investor relations, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and execution of key business initiatives.This role is ideal for candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical thinking, and exceptional presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities

. Communication & Reporting
- Prepare high-quality presentations, strategy decks, and reports for leadership, investors, and board members.
- Support in Investor Presentation creation and timely updates for internal/external stakeholders.
- Investor Relations
- Assist in managing investor communications and participating in fundraising activities.
- Develop and maintain pitch decks, business updates, and performance narratives.
- Business Analysis
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Evaluate business performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Problem Solving
- Identify business challenges using sales, finance, marketing, and product datasets.
- Liaise with relevant teams to validate hypotheses and drive solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to drive execution of strategic projects.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to align business priorities.
- Strategic Planning
- Support in preparing AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and LRP (Long-Range Plan).
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
- Special Projects (Based on performance)
- Work on high-impact, ad-hoc strategic initiatives directly with the founding team.
- Take ownership of projects aimed at scaling processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Growth & Scaling (Based on performance)
- Assist in scaling operations and driving process improvements across the organisation.
- Contribute to execution of key strategic initiatives.
Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
1.2–6 years in front-end consulting or corporate strategy roles.
- Mandatory background in one of the following:
- Front-end Consulting: Big 4 (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG), Oliver Wyman, Booz Allen Hamilton
- Founder's Office in a Series A or later stage B2B startup, directly working with the founder
- Education
- MBA from: IIM A/B/C/L/K/I, MDI-G, SPJain, IMT, FMS, XLRI, IIFT
- Bachelor's from: IIT, BITS, SRCC, St. Stephens, Xaviers, Presidency, or other Tier-1 institutions
- Strong academic performance is essential.
- Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (modelling, analysis, storytelling).
- Ability to analyse and interpret data across functions.
