Tata Communications Redefines Connectivity with Innovation and IntelligenceDriving the next level of intelligence powered by Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things, Collaboration, Security, Media services and Network services, we at Tata Communications are envisaging a New World of CommunicationsL2 Profile5+ years of experience in IT Service management,(Incident Management, Vendor Management, Problem management, Changemanagement)Minimum CCNA certified ideally CCNP certified ortrained.FSCP certified/accredited at a minimum (Forescout CertifiedCourses)Hands on with configuring and deploying policy enforcementusing Forescout NAC.In-depth knowledge of network security, threat detection,risk mitigation and in particular Network Access Control.Strong understanding of ITIL practices.Hands on with managing/troubleshooting Cisco and other OEMsNetwork elements.Should have hand on experience on Forescout (Enterprisemanager & appliances), Broadcom Spectrum(monitoring tool)Should have knowledge of all or some of the below tools toperform day to day job (Splunk, Essas, Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime NEs(Router,Switches, Wireless controller, Firewalls, ACI Fabrics etc), Netrequest,Cyberark, Dx Netops, Ansible, SPDW, MS Office, Service Now, Jira).Incident & Change management including Triage/MIM(callb/w NAC L2+n/w teams)(~1200/year)Advanced troubleshooting, remediate and go deep indiagnosing NAC issues and provide RCAs which includes server issues and NACenforcements issues as wellSupport with new configuration deployments, policyenforcements, upgrades and migrations Switch profile migration Support KRI/KCAmetric remediation and KRI/KCI enhancements(operations only, details on nextslide)NAC Performance monitoring , manage NAC system health,account compliances, proactive alarms management, alarm or event management,switch error management, problem task management, managing all requests throughJIRA, create documentation for all activities.Manage NAC action thresholds - causes enforcement actions tobe frozen/haltedAdd/remove/troubleshoot network elements to NACecosystemNAC policy audits, activation, remediation(requiresSME)NAC Maintenance activities(details on next slides)Support the Bx teams doing automation for various NACactivities/monitoringSupport to development activities such as enforcement,validation, testing, reports & data extraction.Perform enhancements/improvements to existing reporting,incident management process based on feedback from BX operations/engg.After any development/automation signed-off by BX L3 N/w orEngg. the deployment & maintenance will be owned by L1/L2.L1/L2 needs to access Splunk, Essas, ISE, router, switch,JIRA, firewalls, Netrequest, Cyberark, Forescout, Spectrum, Service first, DxNetops and other tools to monitor, troubleshoot, resolve and reporting theissues.
