Role Purpose: To build and manage strong partnerships with LGs (Large Generators), ensuring smooth operations and continuous business growth across PAN India. Key Responsibilities LG Partner Relationship & Business Management Manage and nurture relationships with a minimum of 10 LGs PAN India. Collaborate with LG partners to design and execute growth strategies. Drive onboarding and periodic performance reviews of LGs against defined parameters. Ensure throughput and approval rates for LG business are met. Conduct periodic business reviews to increase SBI Card’s market share within the partner’s delivery portfolio. Support LG partner teams by driving tele-calling initiatives, ensuring quality and sales etiquette. Governance, Risk Management & Compliance Ensure strict adherence to governance controls, compliance, and risk management guidelines. Drive premium penetration and proprietary sourcing in line with organizational mandates. Oversee SLA adherence, including billing, agreement renewals, and campaign payouts. Ensure partners follow all audit and operational checklists. Provide product and process training to LG employees, ensuring readiness and knowledge retention. Measures of Success Achievement of top-of-the-funnel targets for LG partners. Growth in new account MoUs and acquisitions through LG channels. SLA compliance and defect-free operations. Strong governance, adherence to audit standards, and risk-free operations. Qualifications & Skills Education MBA or Graduate from a recognized institute/university (MBA preferred). Experience10–15 years of experience in sales and relationship management, ideally in Credit Card / BFSI / FCI industries. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skills. In-depth understanding of products and industry landscape. Core Competencies Proven experience in B2B relationship management. Strong orientation toward relationship building and business growth. Self-starter, proactive, and positive mindset. Strong stakeholder management, networking, and communication skills.
