Manager - Business Finance

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Business Partnering with Revenue Functions in co-owing PL and delivering targets.

• Independently drive discussions with business teams related to revenue management, spends rationalization, discounts with a clear view on path on profitability targets.

• Work closely with relevant teams and take complete ownership of sustainable cost reduction methods, policy formulation & standardization in line with industry benchmarks.

• Review and analyze historical business trends, understand demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop financial models, and evaluate business outcomes.

• Monitor competitor key metrics, benchmark performance and identify improvement areas.

• Preparation of AOP through close cross functional coordination and track performance and continuously monitor financial and business KPIs, highlight trends and analyze causes of variance.

• Facilitate regular business review meetings: present key insights and provide recommendations for decision making

Job Requirements:

• CA/MBA Finance professional with 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG having exposure of working in D2C/Ecom/Offline channel.

• Experience in financial analysis, working with large amounts of data and an ability to drive actionable insights out of data.

• Experience in business finance and annual budgeting and forecasting process would be a Plus.

• Problem Solving Ability while working with cross functional teams.
