Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Nitor Infotech, you will be responsible for managing effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, demonstrating personal commitment and accountability to ensure continuous improvement at all levels. Your role as a Manager - Business Development will require you to work in strategic alignment with IT Delivery, Nitors Business Objectives & Goals, and our offerings on Technology Verticals & Industry Domains. You must be an expert and thought leader on all IT Solution/Sales matters, ensuring delivery in line with company and industry best practices. Your strategic role will help create a wider footprint for Nitor Infotech Inc. leveraging our presence in Chicago and Pune, thus contributing significantly to the organization's growth towards Vision-2020. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with the North American Business development team to achieve set goals and targets under the leadership of the VP Business Development. - Demonstrate leadership in developing new business and strategic long-term engagements. - Adopt a consultative approach to win customer confidence and build large engagement opportunities. - Acquire new clients for Nitor Infotech by assisting the front-end sales team in getting prospects to the table. - Collaborate with the Front End Sales Team and Inside Sales Team to qualify leads. - Promote Nitor offerings across all domain areas. - Identify new business opportunities through territory campaigns and cold-call prospecting. - Contribute to strategic planning and execution of all Business Development activities. - Ensure marketing programs are developed in alignment with the organization's offerings. - Proactively scout for new projects with new clients. **Qualifications:** - Graduate/Post Graduate with an MBA and 3-7+ years of experience in selling IT services within the region, preferably in a leading IT services & products firm. - Excellent working knowledge of the domains and solutions worked for. In this role, you should imbibe qualities such as motivating team members and clients for success, understanding the US geography nuances, demonstrating a proven record of accomplishment in Inside Sales, possessing excellent communication and presentation skills, and having a high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, and initiative to excel in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Your ability to comprehend strategic issues, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds will be crucial for your success.,
