Job Description

Experience Required:

  • 5–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in PR, Communications, or Marketing).

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Generate leads through outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and deliver strong sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Manage complete client servicing understanding requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customised solutions for clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 5–6 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of client servicing and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to close deals efficiently.

Highly motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,740.31 - ₹70,884.53 per month
