Job Description

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing the full recruitment cycle. This role involves sourcing top talent, leading the recruitment team, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring a smooth hiring process aligned with company goals. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet manpower requirements. Forecast hiring needs and create recruitment plans accordingly. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles. Team ManagementLead, train, and supervise the recruitment team. Allocate tasks, set performance targets, and monitor recruiter performance. Provide coaching and support for continuous team improvement. Talent AcquisitionSource candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies. Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates for diverse job roles. Coordinate with hiring managers for job specifications and interview feedback. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Process ManagementManage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and recruitment metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Implement new hiring tools or techniques to improve recruitment efficiency. Stakeholder CoordinationWork closely with department heads to understand hiring needs. Provide regular updates on recruitment status and timelines. Build and maintain relationships with external partners or consultants. Skills & RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team-handling abilities. Good knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and hiring platforms. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines. Strong organizational and decision-making skills. Qualification & ExperienceGraduation or MBA in HR preferred. 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles. Experience managing a recruitment team is an added advantage. SalaryAs per company norms (Fixed + Incentives).
