Job Description

As a Manpower Planning and Shift Rostering Manager, your role involves managing the manpower planning and shift rostering according to load projections and productivity targets. You will ensure compliance with SOPs, facility 5S, and overall upkeep of the facilities. Your responsibilities include: - Monitoring vehicle connections, availability, and ensuring timely unloading/loading of vehicles. You will be responsible for tracking relevant metrics. - Planning ad-hoc vehicle requirements based on load profiles and coordinating with the fleet team. - Maintaining service levels and ensuring performance metrics are met. - Facilitating communication and coordination with various teams such as commercial, security, fleet, and last mile. - Driving metrics within different functions including inbound operations, outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics, and first-mile metrics. - Managing HR/employee-related KRAs such as diversity hiring, maintaining employee morale, and ensuring employee safety on the floor. - Mentoring team members and working towards their capability building. - Continuously exploring process improvement opportunities and driving them to closure. - Implementing industry best practices of shop floor management such as Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, etc. The company prefers females for this role. The education requirement is a BTech from a Tier 1 college, and the desired experience is 1-3 years post-graduation.,
