Job Description

Role Responsibilities

Partner with Process Excellence Leads and Global Process Owners to drive optimized, secure, and simplified end-to-end People Processes, enhancing the Employee Experience.
Provide functional and process expertise, collaborating with other business process, functional, and technical teams to support end-to-end process development.
Lead project activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, test development, and implementation.
Conduct workshops, interviews, focus groups, and other techniques to efficiently understand business problems and user needs.
Translate business problems and user needs into detailed requirements aligned with standard process methodology.
Build and maintain senior collaborator relationships, ensuring alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
Analyze complex information and produce actionable solutions.
Communicate effectively across senior technical and business collaborators, ensuring clarity on requirements and acceptance criteria.
Understand business processes impacted by projects and ensure alignment with the department's broader strategy.
Assist the Product Owner in leading and visualizing outcomes, prioritizing work, and delivering agreed minimum viable products (MVP).
Use judgment and creativity to address sophisticated and varied issues where guidance or precedent may not be available.
