Key Responsibilities: Oversee all departments and ensure smooth functioning of diagnostic operations. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets. Monitor daily performance and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards (NABL/NABH). Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs efficiently. Lead and motivate staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clients, and other healthcare partners. Oversee HR, finance, and administrative functions to ensure alignment with company objectives. Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to management for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety, and ethical standards. Drive marketing and outreach activities to increase visibility and patient footfall.
