How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of analysts to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of AI-driven extraction, contract intelligence, and metadata services.
- Serve as the escalation point for delivery challenges, client concerns, and model interpretation issues, providing clear and effective resolutions.
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions in contract lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with client expectations, SLAs, and industry benchmarks.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to achieve on-time, risk-mitigated delivery of AI initiatives.
- Build frameworks, governance models, and SOPs that scale AI solutions across clients, industries, and use cases.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to translate strategic business requirements into actionable AI solutions.
- Identify client needs, growth opportunities, and roadmap enhancements by collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Lead presentations, workshops, and demos, offering thought leadership on AI applications in contract management.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to guide annotation priorities, validate model outputs, and influence taxonomy and ontology design.
- Establish delivery quality benchmarks and implement structured audit processes, including root-cause analysis and remediation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies, such as DORA and pharmacovigilance standards.
- Champion process automation, workflow optimization, and innovative methodologies to improve service delivery.
- Stay updated with AI trends, industry innovations, and competitor offerings to enhance accuracy, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience You Bring To The Table
- Education: LLB or equivalent domain qualifications (LLM preferred).
- Experience: 8–12 years in contract management, legal tech, or AI-enabled delivery environments, with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing analyst teams and delivering complex projects for Fortune 500 or global enterprises.
- Strong working knowledge of CLM platforms, AI engines, metadata extraction, and annotation processes.
- Familiarity with validation metrics (precision, recall, F1 score), taxonomy design, and enterprise data governance.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, presenting strategic solutions and driving adoption.
- Strong commercial acumen, managing budgets, risks, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and communication capabilities across global teams.
