As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT and Non-IT roles. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about human resources and recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
