Job Description: Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and hire top IT talent across various technical roles, including software developers, network engineers, data analysts, and cybersecurity specialists. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening of resumes, technical assessments, and initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, define role specifications, and provide strategic recruitment advice.
