Role: Student Success Manager – Intern

Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India

Duration: 2 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in identifying and selecting the right university programs based on their goals and preferences.
• Build meaningful relationships with students, serving as a reliable guide throughout their higher education journey.
• Assist students in completing the enrollment process successfully in their chosen degree programs.
• Collaborate with the University Partner Success Team to contribute towards driving revenue growth for university partners.
• Work with the Marketing Team to collect and analyze student data (both quantitative and qualitative) to improve campaign targeting and messaging.
• (Optional) Gain exposure to branding and marketing strategies related to university positioning and outreach.
