This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain end-to-end exposure to startup leadership, global projects, and cross-functional management . You will work directly with the founding team, driving high-priority initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of global projects. This is not a regular internship—it is a leadership track opportunity where you will take ownership of projects, make strategic decisions, and work closely with senior management. Responsibilities Act as a right hand to the Founders in driving day-to-day strategic and operational initiatives. Lead and manage special projects across global markets (India, EU, US, Middle East, Africa). Prepare investor reports, presentations, and internal strategy documents. Coordinate between cross-functional teams: Product, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Manage internal communications and ensure alignment across teams. Handle confidential business information with discretion. Represent the company in global events, partnerships, and client meetings. Assist in fundraising, business expansion, and strategic partnerships . Requirements Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving ability. Ability to lead and own projects independently . Passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, and global impact. Based out of Jaipur or open to relocation. Background in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (MBA/BBA preferred, but not mandatory). We’re looking for a Founding CTO to lead our technical vision and build the Stealth core platform from the ground up. Role & Responsibilities Define and drive the technical roadmap for Stealth’s AI agent orchestration platform. Architect and build scalable LLM-powered systems , including multi-agent orchestration, memory, and reasoning pipelines. Lead development of workflow automation tools (drag-and-drop builders, APIs, integrations, dashboards). Evaluate and integrate open-source & proprietary LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, etc.) for multi-model orchestration. Build a strong AI-first engineering culture : fast prototyping, scalable infra, high-quality code. Collaborate closely with the CEO on product, fundraising, and strategic decisions. Hire and mentor the founding engineering team once initial traction is established. What We’re Looking For Strong background in AI/ML engineering , ideally with experience in LLMs, agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Haystack, Semantic Kernel, etc.) . Deep understanding of multi-agent systems, orchestration layers, and prompt engineering . Experience building developer platforms, SaaS products, or workflow automation tools . Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go , with hands-on experience in cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure) and vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus). Startup mindset – comfortable working in 0→1 environments with limited resources. Passion for shaping the future of AI automation and enterprise productivity . Nice-to-Have Prior experience in founding teams or early-stage startups. Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React/Tailwind, Next.js) for product prototyping.
