Management Intern / Founder’s Office Intern (Jaipur-Based) Location: Jaipur (preferred) / Open to relocate to Jaipur Type: Full-time Internship (with opportunity to transition into a full-time role) Compensation: Stipend + Performance-based Salary + Stock Options (ESOPs) + Travel Opportunities About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Management Intern to join our Founder’s Office . This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain end-to-end exposure to startup leadership, global projects, and cross-functional management . You will work directly with the founding team, driving high-priority initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of global projects. This is not a regular internship—it is a leadership track opportunity where you will take ownership of projects, make strategic decisions, and work closely with senior management. Responsibilities Act as a right hand to the Founders in driving day-to-day strategic and operational initiatives. Lead and manage special projects across global markets (India, EU, US, Middle East, Africa). Prepare investor reports, presentations, and internal strategy documents. Coordinate between cross-functional teams: Product, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Manage internal communications and ensure alignment across teams. Handle confidential business information with discretion. Represent the company in global events, partnerships, and client meetings. Assist in fundraising, business expansion, and strategic partnerships . Requirements Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving ability. Ability to lead and own projects independently . Passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, and global impact. Based out of Jaipur or open to relocation. Background in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (MBA/BBA preferred, but not mandatory).
