Hiring for Assistant Manager - MIS for Outsourcing Company Location: Gurugram CTC : 5 - 12 LPA Key Responsibilities: ● Lead the design, development, and maintenance of interactive MIS dashboards and reporting tools. ● Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to analyze and report key business metrics. ● Ensure accurate and timely preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. ● Drive automation and process improvements in reporting frameworks. ● Present insights and trends to leadership using data visualization tools. ● Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all reporting channels. ● Handle stakeholder communication and manage reporting SLAs. Requirements: ● Graduate with a strong Finance background (B.Com / BBA / or equivalent). ● 8–10 years of relevant experience in MIS and dashboard analytics. ● Strong command over Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and other reporting tools. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to manage teams and work cross-functionally.
