Management Information System Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a MIS Executive to manage data, develop reports, automate processes, and provide insights to support business operations. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in MIS, be proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Advanced Data Management & Reporting Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights. Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all reporting processes. 2. Process Automation & Optimization Develop automated dashboards, reports, and templates for improved efficiency. Use SQL queries, Power Query, VBA, and App Script to streamline data processing. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation to reduce manual efforts. 3. Database Management & System Optimization Manage and optimize databases to support business intelligence and decision-making. Maintain and update MIS tools, CRM, and ERP systems for seamless data flow. Ensure data governance and security compliance. 4. Business Intelligence & Insights Analyze business trends and provide data-driven recommendations to management. Support decision-making with predictive analysis and forecasting. Collaborate with various teams (Operations, Finance, Sales) to optimize reporting strategies. Train and mentor junior MIS executives on best practices and automation techniques. Maintain documentation and SOPs for all MIS processes and reporting tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or business intelligence. Proficiency in SQL, Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP,INDEX-MATCH, ARRAYS) , Power BI, Tableau, and Google Sheets. Experience with automation tools (VBA, Python, R, App Script, Power Query, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills. Knowledge of CRM, ERP systems, and data governance best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
