Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Consultant to support delivery across a variety of business and technology transformation initiatives. This role is designed for individuals who can operate across different types of strategic projects including transformation programs, M&A execution, and cost optimization initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills and can adapt quickly to evolving client needs. While PMO experience is valued, the role extends beyond project coordination into broader solution design, execution support, and business advisory.


Key Responsibilities:

Problem Solving & Solution Design:

  • Conduct data-driven assessments to identify risks, improvement areas, and opportunities across business units
  • Support diagnostics and solution design across functions such as IT, finance, HR, or operations
  • Contribute to future-state operating models, process redesign, org structure alignment, and transition plans
  • Assist in cost-benefit analyses, impact assessments, and business case preparation
  • Support initiatives related to go-to-market transformation, M&A integration/separation, and cost efficiency

Project Management & Delivery:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers
  • Manage dependencies, issues, risks, and RAID logs across cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate activities and deliverables across global stakeholder groups
  • Prepare high-quality presentations for client steering committees, working groups, and executive stakeholders

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance:

  • Establish and manage governance structures, decision logs, and meeting cadences
  • Capture key actions and ensure accountability through follow-up
  • Maintain strong working relationships with client teams across functions and regions
  • Tailor deliverables to evolving client objectives and ensure alignment with broader program goals


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3–6 years of experience in consulting, transformation, project delivery roles
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) – must be able to create executive-ready outputs independently
  • Structured thinker with a bias toward clarity, action, and ownership
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive presence
  • Experience working in consulting, Big 4, transformation programs
  • Exposure to functional domains like Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, or M&A
