Key Responsibilities: - Project Leadership & Implementation: Independently manage and execute strategic transformation projects for Daimler Truck's internal customers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Lead initiatives to achieve key milestones and drive business transformation. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to develop and implement strategic projects. Establish objectives, governance mechanisms, and KPIs with project teams to ensure alignment with business goals. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Offer project management support, analytical insights, and research expertise to guide business decisions. Develop visual reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and facilitate data-driven improvements. - Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency within manufacturing and indirect areas. Implement Lean methodologies and develop processes and procedures to streamline operations. - Business Improvement: Drive business improvement initiatives by working with stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement across the organization.
