Depending upon the experience, the candidates will be placed to different grade/designation. This is a full-time role for a Blue Yonder Transport Management Consultant, located at any of the Capgemini location (Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Tiruchirappalli Gandhinagar, Coimbatore, Salem and Gurugram The consultant will be responsible for advising clients on transport management solution, conducting detailed analysis, and implementing Blue Yonder Transport Management systems. The role involves requirement gathering, gap analysis, based on the requirements prepare f unctional design documents and come up with technical design documents. Prepare materials and drive/ conduct required design workshops with the client personnel to explain how BY TMS works and document the as-is and To-be process. Involve in the solution design (MVP), Build and Configure BY TMS application to meet business requirements, optimizing business processes, providing strategic consulting, and collaborating closely with different teams to ensure effective solution deployment. Perform UI configurations as per the requirements, Perform Unit testing of the solution designed Work closely with Integration team and Testing team to have solution tested end to end and resolve the bugs identified Perform Data Migration from one environment to other environments Get involved in cut over activities during Go Live Senior resources shall guide the BY TMS support team as and when needed. Experience and Skills Required 4-15 years in Transport Management system preferably (Blue Yonder TMS/Oracle OTM) Experience in PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Unix Shell Scripting Good Understanding of BY Technical Architecture Analytical Skills for assessing data and deriving actionable insights Strategic consulting experience, or Transport Domain experience Consulting skills with a focus on transport management solutions Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in any Engineering/Science or in Business Management, or equivalent field Show more Show less
