Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Consultant based in Rajkot. The Management Consultant will collaborate with clients to analyze business challenges, develop strategic solutions, and oversee their successful implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting operational assessments, optimizing business processes, supporting change management initiatives, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive improvements and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights
Demonstrated expertise in Management Consulting and general Consulting practices
Knowledge of Finance principles and their application in business strategy and operations
Experience in Business Process optimization to enhance operational efficiency
Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to tackle complex challenges
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Willingness to work on-site in Rajkot and travel as required
