Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Accountant at Shankar Packagings Limited in Vadodara. The Management Accountant will be responsible for Management MIS, analytical skills, reports, and accounting tasks to support the company's financial health and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Management accountancy expertise
• Finalisation of Accounts and Analytical Skills
• Cash Flow and AP/AR Management
• Monthly MIS & closing activities
• Budgeting, Costing and Cost controlling
• Business plan, Strategic decision making
• Prepare and analyze Daily and Monthly MIS report
• Cost Variance analysis and highlight key Business Drives
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• CMA/CA with 2-8 years experience

Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA) is a plus
