Job Description

Management Accountant / Accounts Associate

Position Summary:

Looking for a candidate with
3–4 years of UK accounting experience
(knowledge of US accounting is a plus).
Must be skilled in
Xero
(certification preferred) and
advanced Excel
(pivot tables, formulas, charts, dashboards).
The role involves
month-end billing, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, and commission calculations
.
Strong
communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management
are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
month-end billing and closing activities
Support
sales forecasting and performance tracking
Implement and monitor
internal controls
Calculate and track
sales commissions
Assist with
budgeting and forecasting models
Maintain accurate records in
Xero
Create
advanced Excel reports

Requirements:

Education
: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
Experience
: 3–4 years in
UK accounting/taxation
Tools
: Xero, Excel (advanced), Power BI (optional)
Skills
: Communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, collaboration, confidentiality
