Job Title: Major Account Manager Location: Gurgaon & Delhi Reporting to: Branch Manager Division: Enterprise Sales Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday) Industry: B2B Corporate Sales Office Automation, IT Solutions Company Type: Direct Opportunity with a Leading Japanese MNC Compensation: Salary Best in the Industry + Lucrative Incentive Plans Position Purpose: The Major Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing enterprise client relationships to drive sales of office automation products including Copiers, Scanners, Multi-Functional Devices , Software Solutions , Managed Document Services (MDS) , Graphic Art Printing , Network Video Surveillance (NVS) , and Camera Solutions . This is a pure B2B direct sales role focused on large corporate accounts. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow major enterprise accounts with direct selling of OA & IT solutions. Conduct account mapping across business units and departments for deep engagement. Understand client business, workflows, and document processing needs to design customized solutions. Handle end-to-end account planning including pre-sales, sales, solution deployment, customer support, and payment collection. Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships and drive strategic engagement. Negotiate rate contracts, legal terms, and pricing agreements with key stakeholders. Penetrate competitive accounts and displace entrenched competitors. Achieve 100% of sales targets and business KPIs consistently. Present solutions effectively using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Education: Graduate (Bachelors degree mandatory) Post Graduate Diploma in Sales/Marketing or MBA preferred Experience: Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales Industry preference: Office Automation, IT Peripherals, Telecom, or B2B Service Industry (Enterprise focus) Skills & Competencies: Strong account management and strategic selling skills Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint High customer orientation and ability to influence key stakeholders Strong business acumen and solution-selling capability Why Join Us?
