Role Summary As a P2P Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing vendor operations, specifically for MEP, Lift, and Civil work categories. You will engage with small to mid-scale vendors, negotiate effectively, and ensure cost-efficient and timely resolutions. Your ability to problem-solve, take ownership, and act with integrity will be key to driving operational excellence across properties. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Vendor Coordination Engage with vendors for MEP, Lift, Civil and related categories as per defined rate cards. Negotiate competitive rates and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Ensure vendor adherence to SLAs and timely resolution of operational requests. Maintain clear documentation of vendor interactions, quotations, and work status. Operational Excellence Assess operational tickets and determine internal vs. vendor intervention. Provide quick, effective solutions for MEP and facility-related issues. Collaborate with on-ground teams to ensure issues are resolved within timelines. Escalate and follow through on critical issues to closure. Process & Efficiency Adhere to procurement processes, internal SOPs, and ethical standards. Take ownership of vendor tickets end-to-end — from initiation to closure. Support process improvements to enhance vendor efficiency and cost optimization. What We’re Looking For Education Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Facility Management, or a related field preferred. Skills & Experience 2+ years in procurement, vendor management, or operations. Experience working with Senior MEP, Lift, or Civil vendors. Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of MEP systems and vendor rate structures.
