Inspect site infrastructure regularly and identify maintenance or repair requirements. Execute preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical, plumbing, and civil assets. Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns in electrical wiring, pumps, plumbing lines, and fixtures. Allocate daily work to maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
