Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide technicians/workers engaged in
electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance
tasks.
Inspect site infrastructure regularly and identify maintenance or repair requirements.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical, plumbing, and civil assets.
Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns in electrical wiring, pumps, plumbing lines, and fixtures.
Allocate daily work to maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in working condition.
Ensure all work is done safely and in accordance with company standards.
Coordinate with
vendors, contractors, and suppliers
for material procurement and specialized repair jobs.
Maintain records of daily maintenance work, reports, and checklists.
Support the Site Manager and Management in planning long-term maintenance schedules.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:
03 - 08 years in site maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and minor civil).
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Technical Skills:

Strong troubleshooting ability in electrical and plumbing systems.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
Ability to manage small maintenance teams and coordinate with vendors.

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Hands-on, practical approach to maintenance management.
