Job Title: TMS Supervisor – Domestic Maintenance Services
Location: Powai Mumbai
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Preferred candidates residing in Powai, Mumbai and owning a two-wheeler (bike) for faster field movement.
Job Summary
The TMS Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site maintenance visits to expat homes and ensuring smooth, professional execution of all technician and vendor activities.
The role requires a smart, well-presented, professional individual who can speak and read English, communicate with expat clients, and ensure work is completed with high quality and safety standards.
This is a field-based position involving daily travel to client properties.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Supervision
Visit expat client homes to supervise maintenance work carried out by technicians and vendors.
Ensure all work — electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry, appliance repair, etc. — is done properly, safely, and professionally.
Monitor technician behavior, dress code, professionalism, and work quality.
Confirm job completion and satisfaction with client before closing the visit.
Client Interaction & Coordination
Communicate politely and professionally with expat clients.
Understand client requests and convey them clearly to the TMS executives.
Handle small issues on the spot and escalate larger concerns to the TMS executive.
Vendor / Technician Management
Coordinate vendor visits, manage schedules, and follow up for timely arrival.
Ensure correct troubleshooting, billing transparency, and genuine work by vendors.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper conduct among all technicians.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain visit logs, before/after photos, service reports, and feedback records.
Update daily status reports and share with the TMS team.
Track pending issues and ensure timely resolution.
Quality Control
Conduct periodic checks on recurring maintenance items (AC servicing cycles, filter cleaning, water heater inspections, etc.).
Ensure clients receive clean, safe, and efficient service at all times.
Maintain Relomi’s service standards consistently across all visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years' experience in field operations, facility management, home services, or hospitality maintenance supervision.
Must be able to speak and read English clearly.
Smart, well-presented, polite, and professional personality.
Strong coordination and supervision skills.
Basic understanding of household maintenance (plumbing, electrical, AC, etc.).
Ability to manage technicians and vendors effectively.
Good reporting skills (WhatsApp updates, Excel, service logs).
Ability to travel daily to client locations.
High integrity, reliability, and client service mindset.
