Job Description

Role Overview:

Finance & Accounting Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day
accounting operations
and maintain accurate financial records in
Tally
.
Track
cash inflows and outflows
to ensure healthy cash flow management.
Prepare
weekly MIS reports
and provide clear insights on financial performance.
Review and reconcile accounts, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
Support
audit preparation, compliance, and statutory filings
.
Assist in
financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
.
Analyze financial data to highlight trends, anomalies, and process improvements.
Collaborate with management to streamline and automate financial processes.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:
04–08 years in finance and accounting, preferably in construction or real estate.
Technical Skills:
Strong command over
Tally, Excel (advanced), and MIS reporting
.
Soft Skills:
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and high integrity.
Qualification:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
CA / ICWA / CS (full or partly qualified)
preferred but not mandatory.

Must be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with leadership.
