1. Searching tenders on GEM and other government portals. 2. Completing Registration on e-procurement portals. 3. Floating RFQ to various vendors/contractors, collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements. 4. Printing the BIDs /sending soft copies to the senior Management. 5. Ensuring prices are shared with the bidder, in consultation with the higher authorities. 6. Ensuring the BIDs are placed on time. 7. Meeting deadlines for the tenders received from public sector undertaking Govt. and other organizations. 8. Maintaining all Bidding records in excel for the same 9. Studying and doing proper analysis of Tender Documents 10. Checking Clarifications, Extensions and Analysis of Bidding criteria, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria. 11. Coordinate, plan and gather bid submission documents for tendering/bidding activities, Tender Questionnaires and Pre-qualifications.
