Surveillance Executive

Job Title:

Location: Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform

  24/7 CCTV monitoring

  to prevent security breaches, theft, pilferage, and safety incidents.
• Continuously monitor live feeds and ensure

  timely detection and escalation

  of incidents.
• Handle

  real-time incident response

  , coordination, and reporting across shifts.
• Manage increased surveillance operations including

  multiple cameras, warehouses, and assets

  .
• Conduct

  footage review

  , incident documentation, and support

  audit & compliance requirements

  .
• Maintain detailed logs, MIS reports, and compliance records without impacting live monitoring.
  
• Support surveillance operations for

  new facilities and expanding operational zones

  .
• Ensure smooth

  control room operations

  with proper shift handovers and coordination.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in

  CCTV surveillance / control room operations

• Ability to work in

  rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, Night)

• Knowledge of

  incident reporting, audits, and compliance

• Strong attention to detail and alertness
  
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting tools)
  
• Experience in warehouse / logistics / retail environments is a plus
