Surveillance Executive

Prasanthi Holdings is seeking a skilled Surveillance Executive for the Kollam location, with experience in CCTV and surveillance operations, incident response and security protocols. The candidate should have strong coordination skills to ensure the safety and security of assets, employees, and premises in a fast-paced environment.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

> Proven experience in surveillance operations, preferably in corporate, retail or high-security settings.

> Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, alarms and surveillance software.

> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and evaluate surveillance data.

> Effective communication, leadership and interpersonal skills for supervising operators and coordinating with teams.

> Thorough understanding of security protocols, emergency procedures and incident response practices, along with familiarity with privacy laws, data protection and compliance standards.

> Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

> Detail-oriented, vigilant and capable of working effectively in fast-paced environments.

> Professional certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or equivalent security credentials are an added advantage.

> Applicants must have a minimum qualification of Plus Two, ITI or any accredited degree.

> Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

> Candidates residing within a 7 km radius of Kollam are preferred.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

> Supervise and lead CCTV operators to ensure continuous and effective monitoring of all franchise locations from the Head Office.

> Monitor live surveillance feeds to identify, assess and escalate security threats, policy violations and safety issues.

> Conduct regular audits of surveillance systems and recommend enhancements to improve coverage, functionality and efficiency.

> Analyze surveillance data to detect risks and trends, maintaining accurate logs, incident reports and daily summaries.

> Retrieve, review and provide recorded footage to support investigations, audits and compliance requirements.

> Respond promptly to security incidents, coordinating actions with relevant departments, emergency teams and external authorities.

> Prepare and present comprehensive reports to management on system performance, incidents and operational improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must have a minimum qualification of Plus Two, ITI or any accredited degree from a recognized institution.

EXPERIENCE

1–2 years of relevant CCTV surveillance experience is preferred; freshers can also apply.
