Promote and sell
residential real estate projects
to potential homebuyers and investors.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
Work closely with the
marketing team
to implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly
sales targets
.
Maintain an updated database of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Provide regular sales performance reports and
market insights
to management.
Keep track of
competitor projects, pricing, and market trends
to identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications:

Experience:
04 - 09 years in residential real estate sales (experience in Tier-2 cities preferred Meerut experience is a plus).
Education:
Graduate degree
Proven
track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
in residential real estate.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
Ability to work independently with a self-motivated, target-oriented approach.
Strong client-handling and closing abilities.
