Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor in Mumbai-Fort, your role will involve supervising and coordinating the activities of maintenance technicians and staff. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling preventative and corrective maintenance tasks for buildings, equipment, and systems. It is essential to have a strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. You should be willing to be on-call and work flexible hours as needed. Your key responsibilities will include: - Inspecting facilities and equipment regularly to identify issues or areas for improvement. - Ensuring that all repairs and maintenance work is performed efficiently, on time, and within budget. - Maintaining an inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts. - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Responding to emergency maintenance issues and coordinating appropriate responses. - Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. - Liaising with contractors, vendors, and other departments as needed. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 3 years of experience and a Diploma in Civil. Additional preference will be given to candidates with certification in Plumbing and Civil works.
