Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Weekly preventive maintenance plan preparation as per ongoing plant machinery defects.
Daily breakdown report update, root cause identification, and corrective action implementation.
Coordinating maintenance activities including planned and reactive maintenance.
Updating spare parts list as per plant requirements and maintaining stock.
Performing preventive maintenance as per defined frequency.
Coordinating with Plant Manager, Production Manager, and external vendors for plant-related requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, and Spare Parts Management.
3-6 years' experience in Bakery Machinery Maintenance or FMCG Manufacturing Plant Maintenance.
