Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Manager, your role involves developing maintenance procedures and ensuring their implementation. You will be responsible for carrying out inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues related to electrical and hydraulic systems. Your key responsibilities will include planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities, allocating workload, and supervising upkeep staff. Additionally, you will monitor equipment inventory, place orders when necessary, and control the budget for maintenance. In this role, you will also be required to manage relationships with contractors and service providers, keep maintenance logs, and report on daily activities. It is essential to ensure that health and safety policies are complied with at all times. Your proven experience in a maintenance managerial role and expertise in planning maintenance operations will be crucial for success in this position.
