Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators and escalators. Lead, train, and evaluate a team of field technicians and maintenance staff. Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure uptime and service quality. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards. Liaise with clients for service requests, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. Prepare and maintain service reports, maintenance logs, inventory records, and related documentation. Ensure all work is carried out with strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Identify and recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency and reliability. Support in the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of maintenance technicians. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide technical guidance during breakdowns. Monitor and manage spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory. Requirements: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field. 4+ years’ experience in elevator/escalator maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance methods. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Good communication skills in [English, Hindi, and/or local language as needed]. Computer proficiency (MS Office, service reporting tools, etc.). Thoroughly familiar with safety standards and statutory norms (IS, EN, etc.) relevant to elevators and escalators.
