Maintenance Supervisor

As a Preventive Maintenance (P.M.) Supervisor at Allsure Services Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve overseeing and executing preventive maintenance activities for all electrical and mechanical systems and equipment. Your main responsibilities will be: - Planning and executing preventive maintenance for all electrical and mechanical equipment and machinery. - Conducting routine inspections of electrical panels, motors, drives, and control systems. - Identifying and resolving potential issues to prevent equipment breakdowns. - Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. - Maintaining maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts inventory. - Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and company protocols. - Working closely with the production team to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations. - Coordinating with external vendors for specialized maintenance and calibration work. - Supporting energy-saving initiatives and monitoring electrical load efficiency. - Preparing and sharing detailed handover and shift reports for smooth operational continuity. Qualifications required for this position include: - Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in preventive or electrical maintenance within a manufacturing, food processing, or FMCG industry. - Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, panels, drives, and control circuits. - Familiarity with electrical safety standards (BIS/IEC) and basic troubleshooting tools.
