HVAC Refrigeration Technician

Job Description: Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• The work involves maintenance of all equipment, covering electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration (cold rooms, chillers, IQF) etc., at the food manufacturing unit as well as the restaurant outlets of the company.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and systems. Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Conduct machine startup, shutdown, and cleaning procedures as per the standard guidelines. Ensure timely and safe operation of equipment during production.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, restaurants and other departments for coordinated maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair issues to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot electrical problems.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions. Implement preventive actions to avoid issues before they occur.
• Maintaining the inventory and spare parts to ensure the availability of necessary resources for repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications: Only those candidates apply who:

• ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (only male candidates may apply).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical components of HVAC/R systems.
• Male candidates only.

Working hours: 10 h / day (as per rotational shift)
