Maintenance Manager

Allsure Services Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic Food & Beverages company making waves with our NutrioBox cafes (10+ locations in Delhi-NCR and growing!) and our B2B brand, Sukhna Foods, serving major clients like Blinkit, Biryani by Kilo, and Hyatt Hotels. We're on the hunt for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Noida Sector 63. As our Maintenance Manager, you'll be the backbone of our operational efficiency. You'll take a hands-on approach to leading a dedicated team of technicians, overseeing the maintenance of a wide range of equipment vital to our fresh and frozen food production. This includes everything from electrical and mechanical systems to plumbing, and critically, our advanced refrigeration units (IQF, Ammonia plants, cold rooms & chillers). We're looking for someone passionate about preventive maintenance , adept at diagnosing and repairing issues quickly, and committed to minimizing downtime . You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring uninterrupted production and operational excellence across our manufacturing unit and restaurant outlets. What You'll Do: Lead & Empower: Guide and develop a team of maintenance technicians. Hands-on Maintenance: Perform and oversee maintenance on diverse equipment, covering electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and complex refrigeration systems. Proactive Planning: Implement and meticulously manage preventive maintenance schedules. Rapid Response: Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure production continuity and minimize disruptions. Continuous Improvement: Participate in root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain precise records, ensuring all activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality control, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Training & Development: Train staff on proper equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
