Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
  • Lead the development and execution of the annual budget, long-range financial plans, and rolling forecasts.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and business case development.
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Business Partnership:
  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor and business partner to key stakeholders, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance. Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling, analysis, and presentations
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Manage the annual budget process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and achievable budgets.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial forecasts, incorporating key business drivers and assumptions. Monitor budget performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Reporting and Compliance:
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support internal and external audits.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function. Leverage technology to automate financial processes and improve reporting capabilities.
  • Ad-hoc financial projects as required for Business Development and Organizational Growth.

Requirements

Job Requirements
  • Qualification: Commerce Graduate with Masters in Finance / CA
  • Years of Experience: 5-6 years
  • Technical Skills: Tally Prime, Tally ERP, Excel & MS Office, Advance Excel
  • Behavioral Skills: Team Work, Management skills, Risk Assessment, Analytical Skills, Financial Planning (8) Budget & forecasting.
