Logistics Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil or Mechanical Engineer to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of construction site facilities. The role involves overseeing tower cranes, passenger hoists, material handling, plumbing & sanitary systems, and other temporary facilities required for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the operation and maintenance of construction facilities such as tower cranes, passenger hoists, material handling equipment, water supply, plumbing, and sanitation systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure uninterrupted functioning of all site facilities.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for mechanical and civil facilities.
• Monitor equipment safety, efficiency, and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Ensure timely availability and allocation of material handling equipment and facilities for construction activities.
• Liaise with project managers, planning teams, and site engineers for smooth coordination of construction operations.
• Manage manpower and facility operation teams for daily tasks and emergency requirements.
• Maintain documentation, checklists, and records related to equipment operation, inspection, and compliance.
• Drive cost optimization by ensuring efficient utilization of resources and reducing downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and environmental guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10–18 years of relevant experience in high-rise, commercial, or data center construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of tower cranes, passenger hoists, and construction facility management.
• Experience in water supply systems, plumbing, and sanitary management at construction sites.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage daily site operations.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of safety protocols, compliance, and statutory regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to data center or large commercial construction facilities.
• Hands-on experience with equipment vendors and AMC contracts.
• Familiarity with project planning and coordination software.
