We are looking for a Logistics Manager to support our operations by ensuring smooth management of distribution, inventory, and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources required for Toondemys expanding operations.
• Coordinate logistics operations including packaging, dispatch, and timely delivery of goods.
• Manage vendor and courier relationships to ensure cost-efficient and smooth operations.
• Handle logistics documentation, billing, and records in alignment with company policies.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and update stakeholders on delivery status.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, warehouse inventory, and distribution flow.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to align supply requirements.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, safety standards, and timely reporting.
• Identify opportunities to optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
