Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, familiar with courier portals and seller dashboards, and able to handle multiple logistics tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch of goods.
Support inventory management by updating stock records, tracking inbound/outbound materials, and conducting periodic physical audits.
Collaborate with vendors and transport partners to monitor shipment schedules and resolve any delivery issues.
Maintain and organize logistics records, including invoices, delivery notes, transport documentation, and order tracking reports.
Analyze logistics data to identify trends and suggest improvements for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

Proficient in MS Excel and logistics software such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with courier portals and seller dashboards.
Good understanding of tracking tools and order management systems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
