Role Description

Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with multiple vendors and logistics providers.
• Negotiate freight and transport rates to optimize cost efficiency.
• Arrange and track domestic transportation (road, rail, air, courier) to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of trade schemes (FTA, duty exemptions, preferential tariffs, etc.) to optimize costs.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, COO, customs declarations, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and international trade laws.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delays, discrepancies, or customs issues.
• Maintain logistics data, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Build strong working relationships with vendors, transporters, and internal teams (procurement, sales, warehouse).

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software/ERP.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Experience with 

  Incoterms

   and international shipping practices.
• Knowledge of 

  domestic and cross-border transport providers

• Familiarity with 

  trade compliance and free trade agreements (FTAs)

  .
